Nous avons construit a St. Louis un centre d’acceuil pour des enfants tablibes en difficultés.  Nous aimerions avoir de  l’électricité pour faire fonctionner un atelier de couture et une nurserie en  vue de l’insertion socio-professionnelle des jeunes.
