This centre for 70 adults with mental disabilities provides accommodation and daily care for working and non-working residents. In addition there is a specialised workshop for the disabled and a physiotherapy unit for those who suffer also from physical disabilities.

Marienstede received an amount of 8.250,-- Euro for covering the floor with sound-proof material, renovation of 7 old windows and protected lighting.
