This Association operates from 9 offices throughout Belgium, offering a number of services to the blind and the visually impaired. They have provided educational and psychological support since 1922 and assist with the provision of seeing-eye dogs and with legal and social problems.

The donation of 2.745,-- Euro is meant for a purchase of 3 Perkins machines.
