The Effata project, located in the town of Timisoara, provides medical, social, psychological and educational support to children suffering from AIDS and HIV in the town of Timisoara in Romania. The project is managed by the Brothers of Charity which has a long experience in managing both international and aids-related projects.

They receive a contribution of 9950 euros from the "NATO Wives Bazaar ASBL"as possible from the IRCT’s base in Basra.
